1                    Readmission application deadline for Spring 2000.

                      Students may file applications for next year's financial assistance.

3                    Winter Session 2000 classes begin at 8:00 a.m.

                      University of Delaware Research Foundation (URDF) proposals due.

6                     Winter Session (00W) final exam scheduling requests due.

                       Last day of late registration and free drop/add for Winter Session 2000;
                       after this date there is no refund of tuition, a $15 fee is charged, and a
                       grade of "W" is recorded for course withdrawal.

7                      Deadline to complete Summer Session 2000 course schedules in SIS+

10                    UDRF proposals due.

17                    Martin Luther King Holiday;  University Offices closed;  no classes will
                       meet.

                       Deadline for graduate admission recommendations from departments for
                       Spring Semester 2000.

19                    Delaware Transportation Institute Research Program proposals due
                       (FY01)

                                Faculty Meeting, Room 348 DuPont Hall, 10:00 - 11:30 a.m.

24                    Late registration and change of registration begins via UDPHONE and
                       SIS+ for Spring Semester 2000.

                       University-wide course approval challenge period (12/24-2/4).

31                    General University research awards announced.

                       Deadline for admission to doctoral candidacy for degrees conferred in
