The Center for Innovative Bridge Engineering
at the University of Delaware

Goals
The Center for Innovative Bridge Engineering seeks to develop a strong interaction with the governmental and industrial bridge community to enable identification and solution of the problems and challenges facing the industry.

Through the Partnership Program for Bridge Engineering (PPBE), the Center develops the science and engineering technologies needed to advance the state of the art of bridge engineering and transfer the technology to the user community.

All Partners have representation through the PPBE. Through their participation in this program, Partners help to direct the research, educational, and technology transfer activities of the Center.

The program consists of three elements:

Partnership entitles the firm or organization to participate in the Annual Research Symposium and to have access to research results of the Center through research reports, an annual report, and other publications by university members of the Center.

The annual fee for each Partner is dictated by the size of the firm or organization.
