Robert S. Rowe
Robert S. Rowe is Professor of Civil Engineering and Environmental and Water Resources Engineering, Emeritus and Dean of the School of Engineering, Emeritus at Vanderbilt University. After earning his BCE at UD in 1942, he completed his MS at Columbia 1949 and his M.Eng. and D.Eng. degrees at Yale.
