Theresa Mullet Ressel

Teresa Mullett Ressel holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from the University of Delaware and received the University's Presidential Citation for Outstanding Alumni Achievement in 1996. She received her MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1990 and attended the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health for healthcare policy. Until recently, Ms. Ressel was Sr. Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Kaiser Permanente's CareTouch subsidiary for consumer health services. She has extensive experience across the gamut of customer service, performance measurements, and total quality management. Ms. Ressel was also Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, which provides comprehensive health care delivery services for 8 million members. Prior to her Chief Compliance Officer role, Ms. Ressel led the National function as Vice-President for Environmental, Health and Safety across Kaiser Permanente's 95,000 employee population. She worked at Hewlett Packard and General Dynamics within several engineering and auditing functions prior to joining Kaiser Permanente.
